An Effect is a item that forms the top layer of a decorated habitat in SuperPoke! Pets. Typical effects include a shower of fallings items (rain, snow, confetti or other items), a frame that goes around the edge of the habitat, or items running, flying, or blowing across the scene.
In Habi Makeover, Effects files are normally stored in the Inventory/Effects folder of the My Habitats folder.
